Excellent experience there. Brilliant family-friendly hotel. Great and perfect location away from where entertainment is, and 10 min walking distance to Club Aldiana Andalucia. And adjacent to the NOVO center in Sancti Petri which offers good value for money restaurants, also courtesy bus provided, and wonderful beach. Reasonably good breakfast with Champagne even available for the start of the day...

Friendly and considerate staff throughout our stay The food at every meal time was excellent in quality and in quantity, and the service very good. The public areas were spacious with interesting aspects of greenery. the nightly entertainment (provided by a solo female singer and accompaniest) was very good and widely varied
We could not remember anything we disliked. A small point: the €4 per hour for wi-fi was a minor irritation. Why charge at all when most hotels, bars and restaurants have free access for clients almost everywhere these days?

Location was so close to beautiful beach. Service in dining room and bar was excellent.
Had booked for double bed room and was disappointed to find twin beds. However we were moved to double bedded room, after being very stubborn. Only thing that was poor was the carpet , which was stained. Most hotels state clearly dble/twin bed etc. and this was only disappointment in holiday

Beach, beach, beach! The beach was beautiful, not to crowded, even though the weather was perfect. Early afternoon the tide would come way in, but within a couple hours it had gone way out leaving a wide, flat, and firm place to walk, pick up little shells, play frisbee, or whatever you'd like. A short drive, or about a mile walk down there are rock cliffs and stone outcroppings that are beautiful and fun to climb around on. Be careful not to step on the little crabs. They are fun to watch run around on the rocks. The view from the room was very nice as well.
The hotel staff were not helpful for the most part. Almost nothing is included. The place was very outdated and the rooms are in disrepair. They do only enough to just keep the place running, and nothing more. The room smelled like urine, and changing rooms was a lesson in futility. The shower head didn't work, so they came and fixed it, and the air-conditioner struggled the whole time just to knock the edge off the humidity and heat. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the sheets are scratchy. If you love seeing large numbers of scantily clad elderly people, and or want to be surrounded by families with a lot of kids, then this might be the place for you.
